Payment shall be calculated based on the effective selling rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey for the payment date and made to Garanti Bank Rumeli Caddesi Branch (branch code: 406), MCT Danışmanlık A.Ş. with the TL Account No. TR69 0006 2000 4060 0006 2993 45.
The invoice will be delivered to you within the week following the date on which the payment is made.
Cancellation and Change
Cancellation of your registration form is valid only for written requests made up to 1 (one) month prior to the event date. New registration to be made after the specified date are subject to this provision.
If the cancellation of registration is made up to 1 (one) month prior to the event date, the full payment will be refunded.
Participant agrees that no payment will be refunded and no change will be made for the event if he / she does not give written notice of cancellation due to any reason until 1 (one) month before the event date.
For the cancellation requests made up to 1 (one) month prior to the event date, if the payment has not been made but the invoice has been made out, the whole amount is requested. Otherwise, the legal process is started for the collection of the amount.
